LTTE launched artillery fire at Talladi

The LTTE has launched artillery fire at the Talladi area in Mannar. The ministry of defence says the St. Sebastian catholic church was heavily damaged when terrorists launched artillery fire this morning. 6 Army troops were killed and 10 others were injured in the incident. The troops were engaging in a Shramadana campaign on the request of the head priest of the church.
