PAFREL files FR for a free and fair poll in Batti

The Peoples Action For Free and Fair Elections (PAFFREL) filed a Fundamental Rights petition naming the Elections Commissioner, Defence Secretary and IGP as respondents and calling for the disarming of armed group.
