CM aspirer’s pow wow with Pillayan

A SLMC strongman from Batticaloa district who aspires to be the chief ministerial candidate of the party has started talks with Pillayan faction in view of sharing the post with Pillayan in a UPFA-SLMC tie up. However the party hierarchy has completely ruled out an alliance with government and says it will go either solo or with the UNP.
