Five terrorists killed

An LTTE cadre was killed by Army troops in a confrontation in KIRIBBAWEWA in WELIOYA today (28) around 2.30 p.m.. Subsequently the dead body of the terrorist and a T56 weapon were recovered.

Three terrorists were killed in an encounter in NAGARKOVIL, JAFFNA today (28) around 10. a.m.. an LTTE bunker was destroyed by the Army in KILALAY- JAFFNA today (28) around 5.30 a.m.. Heavy damages were caused to the LTTE.
