CPC will enter the local gas market

The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation will enter the local gas market in June. The consumers could purchase CEYPETCO gas cylinders from filling stations of the corporation. Its director MEthsiri Wijegunawardena says a high quality domestic gas cylinder could be purchased at a low price. Tenders have already been called to import gas cylinders. In the 1st stage the corporation will import 5,000 cylinders and the number will be increased gradually. The colour of the new cylinder will be red.
