Fighting continues in Mannar; 4 terrorists killed

Military reports received from Mannar battlefront today (April 4) indicate that four terrorists have been killed so far during the day's battles.

According to the reports, 2 terrorists have been killed by snipers deployed in Adampan and Malikaittidal areas this evening.

Also, intercepted radio transmission among LTTE elements reveal that 2 terrorists have been killed and 8 others injured in the air raid conducted at LTTE mortar positions in the Alankulma area this afternoon.
Meanwhile, one soldier has suffered injuries due to LTTE mortar fire in Northeast of Parappakandal around 12.40.p.m.
