Forth Coming Polls would be the best way to felicitate the government. Addressing a special meeting in Ampara to review the progress made in development projects such as Jathika Saviya and Gama Neguma implemented in the Ampara district Parliamentarian Basil Rajapakse said the troops have liberated the area with the support of the UPFA government and the troops made tremendous effort to bring peace for the area.
He said public could felicitate the government for its service which liberated the province through the forth coming polls.
He said that the international community is paying special attention to the approaching eastern provincial council election.
He observed that an efficient provincial council needs to be established in order to make maximum use of the resources in the east notably paddy cultivation and fisheries.
