JVP dissidents ready rejoin if conspirators are dealt with

Dissidents of the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna want the party to take immediate disciplinary action against whom it calls three conspirators in its ranks, if they are to rejoin the party.
If that is done, we will go back even as the lowest level party members, Jayantha Samaraweera, Spokesman for the Wimal Weerawansa faction said.
According to him, the request will be submitted in writing to JVP Chief Secretary Tilvyn Silva.
The faction, however, is yet to name the three members whom it calls as conspirators, who have allegedly sided with the UNP and are attempting to divide the party.
Speaking further, Mr. Samaraweera said they do not challenge the party’s procedures for sorting out its organizational problems.
