Kithulgoda assumed duties as acting Secretary General of Parliament

Mr. Dhammika Kithulgoda has assumed duties as acting Secretary General of Parliament this morning. He was warmly received by Parliament employees at the ceremony held in this connection, where Maha Sangha headed by Venerable Maduluwawe Sobitha Thero chanted Pirith to bless the new Secretary General.
Mr Kithulgoda at this occasion said his appointment is totally legal, as he had earlier held the posts of Secretary General of Parliament and court judge.
