LTTE gunmen shot dead 2 Tamil civilians in Jaffna

Two Tamil civilians were shot dead this morning (April 17) by motor bike riding LTTE gunmen in separate locations in Jaffna. According to Jaffna Police sources, a civilian was shot dead by alleged LTTE gunmen who stormed into a privately owned communication centre at Browns Road, in Kaladdy, Jaffna at around 10.20a.m.
Separately, another civilian was reported killed by unidentified LTTE gunmen near the Sinnakaddai market area in Gurunagar at 10.15a.m. The gunmen have immediately fled the area, Police sources said.
Jaffna Police area conducting further investigations.
