Soldier injured in LTTE pistol gang attack- Jaffna

A soldiers suffered serious injuries when two members of LTTE pistol gang opened fire at an Army patrol at Nallur, in Jaffna this morning (April 10). According to the defence sources in Jaffna, two terrorists who had come on a motorbike opened fire at the soldiers around 8 am.
The injured has been admitted to Palali Base hospital. A search operation has been launched in the area, the sources added.
