Tamil civilian killed by LTTE gunmen- Jaffna

LTTE gunmen riding on a motor bike shot dead a Tamil laundry owner this morning (April 11), in general area Kaithady- Jaffna.
According to Chavakachcheriya Police, the victim identified as Pandari Paramanathan, 34, father of three was killed by the gunmen who had stormed into the laundry at around 10.30a.m. According to civilian sources, Parananathan has been receiving continuous death threats from the LTTE.
The LTTE operatives have fled the scene immediately, the sources further said.
The Chavakachcheriya Police is conducting further investigations.
