Water Board to charge 15% VAT from all domestic consumers

Water Board to charge 15% VAT from all domestic consumers from 1st April.Peviously it was paid by the Board says a spokesman of the board. Due to this the consumers have to pay VAT and it will be an additional burden for the consumers.
