Dalles -acting Treasurer of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party

Minister of Transport Dalles Alahapperuma has been appointed as the acting Treasurer of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party .
The appointment was made at a Central Committee meeting of the Party held under the leadership of President Mahinda Rajapakse at the Temple Trees yesterday. The Central Committee has unanimously endorsed the proposal to appoint Minister Alahapperuma, presented by General Secretary of the SLFP and Minister Maithreepala Sirisena.
Post of Treasurer of the party has fallen vacant due to the death of Minister Jeyaraj Fernandopulle.
