COI suspends video conferencing

The Presidential Commission Investigating Serious Violations of Human Rights has suspended recording evidence via video conferencing from witnesses on foreign soil on a directive by the Presidential Secretariat, Chairman of the Commission retired Supreme Court Judge Nissanka Udalagma said today.
