Police seek public assistance

Police have arrested one suspect in connection with the Dehiwala bomb blast. They are yet to ascertain whether he carried out the blast.
However Police conducting investigations into today’s bomb explosion which took place on the railway track between Dehiwala-Wellawatta released the picture and other details of the suspect and sought public assistance to trace his whereabouts.The suspect is Jatheesan Balasubramaniyam of Wattala and his NIC number is NIC No: 782413538 V.
