4 LTTE terrorists killed in a confrontation - Tunukkai

Troops engaged in counter terrorist offensive operations in combined Mannar - Vavuniya front confronted with a group of LTTE terrorists in general area Kalvilan, west of Tunukkai, Mullaittiuvu district, this morning, July 25.

According information received from the battlefront, 4 bodies of the LTTE terrorists killed in this confrontation were found along with 5 T-56 assault rifles and 2 radio sets, defences sources said.
