Government condemns the attacks on two media personnel

Government of Sri Lanka comprehensively condemns the attacks on two media personnel attached to the Sri Lanka Institute of Journalism and the British High commission. The government said three teams have been appointed to look into these attacks, regarded as conspiracies to discredit the government.
According to the government sources the ministerial sub committee to look into the problems of media men will meet on Monday.
