JVP and UPFA supporters clash inside school

JVP and UPFA supporters clashed inside a school in Wattala as the two sides argued over tomorrow's proposed strike.

The incident occured inside Bandaranayaka Maha Vidyala, Hunupitiya.

Residents said that initially a group of JVP supporters had come into the school calling techers to join the strike tomorrow and UPFA supporters had come to block the campaign. The two sides had clashed inside the school and police had to be summoned to settle the dispute.
