Ministerial media subcommittee 'dumb' - UNP

The ministerial subcommittee tasked with matters of the media has become non-contactable, said UNP’s free media spokesman Dayasiri Jayasekara.

He said that telephones at the BMICH office of this subcommittee have been inaccessible for the past one week.

According to him, the 0602119241 telephone has been suspended by the service provider, while there is no answer to the 2669128 telephone.

The government appointed subcommittee comprises ministers Sarath Amunugama, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Dallas Alahapperuma, Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena and Faizer Mustafa.
