CMC financial mismanagment case on November 3

Chief Justice Sarath N.Silva today directed Counsel for the Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) to inform Court on November 3rd what steps have been taken regarding the complaint pertaining to the financial mismanagement of public funds in the Council based on the findings of the one man committee headed by retired Appeal Court Judge, Chandradasa Nanayakkara.

The CJ made the ruling when the case was taken up today.
