The authorities have decided to slash the ticket prices for the finale of the International Indian Film Awards (IIFA) to be held tomorrow, officials said without giving any reason. 

Earlier the tickets were priced between $1000, to 10,000 depending on the nature of package that included hotel accommodations and close contacts with the artists and other VIPs.
