Tamil Eelam Liberation tiger member who was involved in manipulating the killings of 100 navy personnel at Digambana locality was arrested at Vavuniya. The said person was involved with the vehicle bomb blast occurred in the month of October 2006.

He had been working in a garage located at Mullaitheevu. Central provincial special police arrested the said person. 

48 years old person had been fixing bombs to vehicles for bomb attacks was according to information.
